Pet Policy
NOVO Avian Pointe is a pet-friendly community! We welcome two pets per apartment home. There is a $300 pet fee for the first pet, and $150 for the second. Pet rent is $25 per month. Breed restrictions apply. Please call our leasing office for more information on our pet policy.
